A Women's Christmas Tea Event

SATURDAY, DECEMBER 2 | 11AM – 1PM

Join us for a cherished time at Parkview as women of all ages come together to usher in the Christmas season.

“The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the one and only Son, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth.”

We hear these words a lot around Christmas time, but what does it mean, and why does it matter? We hope you join us as we discover that Jesus being full of grace and truth was not just a gift 2,000 years ago but a priceless gift to us today.

Parkview’s Women’s Christmas Tea is the perfect way to prepare our hearts for this season. Women and girls of all ages are invited! We will start our time together at beautifully hosted tables where we will share delicious food and lots of laughs.

Scholarships are available; contact nikki@parkview.cc for more information.
Event care is also available. More information is in the registration form.

Worship

Rochelle Burlock

Rochelle is the founder and director of Women Who Worship. She is a Chicago-based Worship Leader, Worship Mentor, and Speaker with over 15 years of Worship Leading experience.

You are in for a treat as Rochelle Burlock and company lead us again in beautiful Christmas worship. Her prayer is that we would be a community that radiates the love of Jesus Christ everywhere we go.

Speaker

Diana M. Watkins

Our very own Diana M. Watkins is this year’s dynamic speaker! Diana is a values-based leader with a pioneering spirit. For nearly 15 years, Diana has served as a Minister of the Gospel, committed to the healing ministry of Jesus Christ. Today, her ministry is most notably expressed as a writer, prophetic intercessor, prayer warrior, and Bible teacher.

In her first title, Behind Enemy Lines: The Keys to Escaping Abusive Relationships and Unlocking Your Divine Destiny (Updated, revised December 2023), Diana chronicles how God rescued her from the cycle of controlling and manipulating relationships and set her on a liberating journey of healing and wholeness. Behind Enemy Lines offers a provocative and eye-opening glimpse into the natural and spiritual implications of abuse and trauma juxtaposed over a decade of education, research and praxis.

Diana is currently a PhD student researching gender-based violence as a human rights issue. Diana lives in the Chicago-Metropolitan area where she enjoys quality time with family, friends, cultural arts, traveling, international culinary experiences, gospel, bozza nova and jazz music.
