Online Facebook Watch Party
Facebook Watch Parties allow you to watch Parkview’s live Sunday service in real time with your friends! If you’ve never done one before, see Facebook’s instructions, then check out some helpful hints below.
Invite Early
Friday night or Saturday, think through who you’d like to invite to watch along with you. This could be your Life Group, Growth Track table, neighbors, or a group of friends from Parkview. Send out some texts or emails to let people know you’ll be watching the service and would love for them to join you.
A Few Minutes to Spare
Parkview goes live ten minutes before the official start of service, so go live early and invite others to join your watch party before the service officially starts.
Blow up the Chat
Use the chat to get people interacting. Welcome anyone who joins to watch. Share what you find interesting or challenging or funny. Use the emojis. If you lead the way, people will feel comfortable interacting.
After Party
Consider hosting an after party on Zoom or another video call option. Share the call link in the chat at the end of the service and invite anyone who is interested to jump on with you to talk about what they learned or to simply catch up.
